Enrolling in the Reichert House

If you are interested in having your son join the Reichert House please click on the application link below and bring it into the Reichert House located at 1704 SE 2nd Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32641.

When you bring in your application please have a copy of the following items for your child:
» Social Security Card
» Birth Certificate
» Recent Photograph

Once you have completed the application the parent and/or guardian will be required to attend an orientation session.
